In January 2021 Dr Goodwin was appointed as the Director of Science and Research Impact at the Brain Health Network (www.brain.health), London UK. The mission of the Network is to help people keep their brain healthy as they age – lowering risk, and staying sharp.
The Global Council on Brain Health
In 2016, Dr Goodwin was a founding member of the Global Council on Brain Health (GCBH) and is now Special Advisor to the Council. GCBH is an independent collaborative, created to provide trusted information on how you can maintain and improve your brain health. Its clear and dependable guidance is based on the foremost thinking from scientists, doctors, scholars and policy experts around the world.
Supercharge Your Brain
In April 2021, Penguin Random House published Dr Goodwin’s first book on how to look after your brain health. It is being published in the USA, Canada, Australia, Russia, Poland, Bulgaria, Korea and Japan. In January 2022, it is being published in the UK in mass production paper back, with a new chapter on Covid and the Brain.
